I asked K. to share five things we'd probably not guess about her. Here's what she had to say! Take it away, K. ...
Five things, eh? Ok, challenge on!
1. K. is a pseudonym
2. I’m an NCIS, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Star Trek, and Stargate fan.
3. I’m an old movie buff who can spout random quotes from random movies at the drop of a hat.
4. I own the only known original Star Trek shooting script for City of the Edge of Forever from the original series. It’s signed by all the cast (and guest stars, yes I mean Joan Collins) except DeForest Kelley who had died before I could track him down.
5. I am owned by a Pembroke Welsh Corgi who thinks 6am on the weekends is a perfectly acceptable time to wake up and go for a walk, and stalking me around the kitchen is the thing to do.
The once glittering ballrooms of Regency England now lay desolate. A plague has ravaged the countryside. The government has fallen. What vestiges of order remained have been consumed by the endless funeral pyres.

A lover of all things historical, of strong heroes with equally strong heroines, and of sexy pirates, she’s going to explore the post-apocalyptic world of plague-ridden 1804 and the gritty criminal element of Victorian England.
Luckily she has an understanding family, supportive friends, and a day job that offers her the flexibility she needs to plot, plan, and write. Sure, one day she’d like to travel the country in search of fantastic storylines and great locale pictures, but for now she’ll stick to the east coast and the internet.
